When you book a session or event through our website, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and payment information. Payment processing is handled securely by Square — we do not store your credit card details on our servers.
We use your information to process bookings, send confirmation and reminder emails via Acuity Scheduling, and communicate about your session. We may also use your email to send occasional updates about our studios.
If you provide your phone number when booking, we use it to send transactional text messages related to your booking, such as confirmations and appointment reminders. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. We do not sell or share your mobile information or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messages are delivered through Twilio, which processes message data solely to provide this service on our behalf.
We use PostHog to understand how visitors use our website. PostHog collects anonymous usage data such as pages visited and time on site. No personally identifiable information is shared with PostHog.
