The Full Space

The complete flagship footprint drawn to scale, with every measurement: a 40' x 50' building holding 1,936 SF of open, clear-span floor (no columns), a 12 ft window wall of continuous glazing, and an 8' x 8' restroom. This is the raw, empty space so you can plan any layout you like.

Exactly how the studio is arranged day to day for photo and video sessions: the furniture lounge, a hair and makeup station, paper backdrops, and lighting on hand. This is what you walk into, and what you reset it to when you leave (unless you add the Event Setup and Reset Crew).

Event Mockup — Seated

A true-to-scale seated event: 10 banquet tables and 80 guests, with a 40 ft x 17 ft open dance floor (680 SF) along the window wall. A quick way to picture table and chair capacity.

Event Mockup — Seated and Standing

The same 80-guest banquet seating with the dance floor filled: up to 112 standing guests and a DJ booth in the north corner. A seated dinner and a packed floor at the same time.

The full space set for a standing event: up to 281 guests at reception spacing, with a 10 ft x 10 ft DJ or altar zone centered on the north window wall.
