1. I acknowledge that I, the person booking this session, assume full liability for myself and for anyone who enters the studio space as my guest. I agree to sign the liability waiver and accept responsibility for any individuals I allow into the space during my session. By booking this session, I release WhiteWall Studios, LLC from any and all liability for injury, damage, loss, or other incidents that may occur during the session. I understand that I am fully responsible for my own actions and for the actions of any guests accompanying me.
2. All props and furniture must be returned to their original placement upon entering. Leave the space how you found it.
3. Food and drinks are permitted but be sure to clean up after yourself.
4. If the space is left dirty, this will result in a cleaning fee of $200.
5. Any damages to the studio space, property, or props will result in a charge of the replacement value.
6. Cancellations may be made free-of-charge up until 48 hours prior to your booking time. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in a full charge.
7. I am fully aware that security cameras are in use, recording, and accessible to WhiteWall Studios within the studio space.
8. I will be packed and cleared out of the studio by the time my booking ends.
9. The following is not permitted inside the studio space: smoking, vaping, open flames, candles, firearms, weapons, illegal drugs.
10. The use of haze inside the studio space is only permitted with bookings of four (4) hours or longer.
11. I understand and am aware that the studio space is not sound-proof.
12. The hanging of props is only permitted with the use of non-destructive materials (no nails, screws, etc. in walls).
13. I have double-checked to confirm that I have booked the correct time (AM vs. PM).
14. I agree that this form serves as a binding contract between myself and WhiteWall Studios, LLC, governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
